Special orders typically take 12-15 business days from the time artwork is received to complete the production stage (this does not include shipping time).
Rush Production option for some of the items we may now expedite production and reduce our lead time to 7-10 days.
Sample or proof orders require 3-5 business days production time.
Shipping times are based on the shipping method you choose when placing your order. If you choose UPS Ground then your order does not have a guaranteed delivery window. The UPS Ground delivery window typically falls between 4-7 days. This time may be reduced depending on your location. Our production facility is located in Wayne, New Jersey, so the closer you are to us, the shorter your shipping time.
If you need your order by a specific date, we advise that you select a guaranteed delivery option (such as UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day select).
When your order is shipped from our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours. Please allow 2-3 days to see an update on the status of your shipment from the time you receive your tracking number. If your order contains several different products or a large quantity, you may receive more than one tracking number for each package.

Our Refund Policy is subject to change without prior notification. Defective product refunds and reprints shall not exceed the amount paid by you or $2,000.00 (whichever is less). Determination of defect is at the sole discretion of Company.
You may return or exchange only those Products that are Defective if you notify us within 10 days after your receipt of such Products. “Defective” means that the Product does not substantially conform to the style, dimensions and/or artwork you provided to Company. In most cases, due to nature of the paper and production methods, most items may have normal blemishes and marks. In case of return request, you will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and ship the defective products back to Customer Service immediately. Certain jurisdictions may provide additional statutory rights. Nothing herein is meant to limit your return or cancellation rights under local law. If the return or exchange is due to the Product being Defective, Company will be fully responsible for the shipping costs associated with such return.
On custom orders, after your approval, any order considered In Production cannot be changed nor canceled, and no refunds can be applied. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that your order correctly specifies the size, artwork, quantity, style of product, and print option of your finished product. Shoppaperbags.com is not responsible for errors made by the customer before and/or during the ordering process.
Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity.
Shoppaperbags.com has made every effort to display as accurately as possible on the website the colors, images, and artwork uploaded or displayed within Art Studio, and to ensure that the proportions and style of all customizable products appear as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color, artwork, sizing, or feature will be accurate.
All refunds or reprints will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and any refund/reprint shall be determined by Shoppaperbags.com in its sole discretion. Should Shoppaperbags.com, in its sole discretion, decide to replace any products or to refund or credit to you any amounts paid for an order, that replacement, refund, or credit shall constitute its entire, sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, with respect to that order.
